A: Our tours are carefully crafted by our
experienced
travel specialists who share a passion for Southeast Asia.
On all
our group tour itineraries, we focus on deeper
understanding of local culture, off-the-beaten-track
experiences, and unique handpicked accommodation
where you can immerse yourself in the spectacular
locations. For custom made travel, we are delighted to use
our extensive knowledge to make a special itinerary that
fits your personal vision and that meets your preferences.
A: All Asia Tours partners with local travel agencies
throughout Southeast Asia to provide original, experiential
tours and journeys. We have worked together with
our partners for years to craft our one-of-a-kind tours. AAT
is a small owner-managed company that pairs our staff of
travel professionals who are passionate about Southeast
Asia with local operators who are experts in various fields
to make our authentic tour itineraries.
A: Our tour prices do not include air transportation
from
your
home country to the tour departure point, nor from the
tour ending point back to your home country. However,
internal flights and transportation within the destination
country are included in our tours. If you are leaving
from/returning to the United States and would like
assistance in reserving your airline tickets, please contact
All Asia Tours customer service representatives for more
information. For customers outside the United States, we
are always happy to suggest flight itineraries to and from
the tour destination.
A: Generally speaking, All Asia Tours has no age
requirements
for our tours, and the tours that we offer are designed to
appeal to any age. However, in accordance with current
international travel regulations, we require that single
travelers be at least 18 years of age.
A: No, all our group tours have guaranteed
departure regardless of group size.
A: If you wish to join a tour late or if you wish to
leave our
tour early, we will be happy to connect you with your tour
and adjust your trip, though we cannot guarantee
immediate transport or accommodations to fit your needs,
and the fees paid for the tour are non-refundable. Also,
please understand it may not be possible fulfill every
request, and these requests may involve additional fees.

A: We are always happy to plan your post-tour
extension on
custom basis. In addition to post-tour, we can assist your
pre-tour arrangements as well.
A: All Asia Tours respects the privacy of our clients
and will not disclose any personal information to other
travelers. But the
people who go on our tours commonly share an adventurous
spirit and a love of Asian culture!
A: All Asia Tours doesn’t put any restrictions on
your travel
needs (unless otherwise stated), though it’s important for
you to confirm luggage requirements with the airline you
use
for international travel to/from your home, and to plan
accordingly.
A: Our tour costs do not include tipping for local
guides,
drivers
etc. Expected gratuity varies depending on the country and
tour. An AAT representative will answer any questions you
have regarding gratuity on your tour.
A: All our tour itineraries come with knowledgeable
and
friendly
guides who will be there to assist you for every day of your
tour. For more information regarding guide information for
your specific tour itinerary, please ask an AAT
representative.

A: You can make your reservation through All Asia
Tours
online reservation form. You can also make a reservation
by phone or email; however, we would prefer the online
reservation form, in order to confirm passenger names for
reservation purposes. For quicker process, we suggest
filling out our online reservation form. Please click here for

A: If your tour includes a domestic flight, or if you
book your
international flights from your home country to the tour
departure point through All Asia Tours, you will be required
to provide a copy of your valid passport, including photo
and personal details page, when you make a reservation.
Under the regulation, your name on your airline ticket(s)
should exactly match your passport
information. In addition, your passport must valid for at
least 6 months after your returning
date.
A: All Asia Tours accepts major credit cards,
including Visa,
Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover, as well as payments by
check, wire transfer, and PayPal. We have an online credit
card authorization form that is secured and certified by

A: All Asia Tours requires a deposit to reserve your
tour within
3 days of receipt of your invoice. The amount is $500.00
per person for our group tours, though deposit amounts
may vary for different types of reservations, such as
private journeys, custom travel, etc. The remaining
balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to
your departure date for most of our tours (no later than
100 days for our “The Best of Myanmar” and “Inside
Myanmar” tours). If booking occurs later than 60 days
(100 days for the selected tours) before your departure
date, the full tour price shall be paid within 7 days of
receipt of the invoice. Please feel free to contact us with
any questions regarding tour deposits and invoice
payment.
A: All Asia Tours requires the $500 initial deposit, but
you are
welcome to pay the invoice amount at that time as well.
A: You may cancel the reservation in writing at any
time. The
$500.00 per person deposit is non-refundable. Refund of
amounts over the deposit are subject to the time
remaining before your departure date. If you cancel the
reservation or fail to pay according to the payment terms,
All Asia Tours reserves the right to charge cancellation fees
per person as follows:
Group Tours (except the following tours listed below):
61 days or more before Tour Departure Date: $500.00 (covered by the initial deposit)
60 days to 46 days before Departure Date: 50% of the tour price
45 days to 31 days before Departure Date: 75% of the tour price
30 days or fewer before Departure Date: 100% of the tour price
“The Best of Myanmar” and “Inside Myanmar” Tours:
101 days or more before Tour Departure Date: $500.00 (covered by the initial deposit)
100 days to 81 days before Departure Date: 50% of the tour price
80 days to 61 days before Departure Date: 75% of the tour price
60 days or fewer before Departure Date: 100% of the tour price
Exceptions to the cancellation policy apply to custom travel, and you will be notified of these at the time of booking.
Group Tours (except the following tours listed below):

A: Four types of rooms are usually available to
choose for
you
on our tour. A single room is for solo travelers and requires
a single supplement. A twin room is shared with two
people and has two separate beds, while a double room is
also shared with two people and usually has a Double-size
(or larger) bed. A triple room is for three people, though
the bed arrangements in triple rooms are up to the hotel's
discretion. Some hotels will have three separate beds,
others may have a double bed plus a single bed, and
others may have a double bed or two single beds plus a
couch, while others may have a large bed that can fit three
people. All Asia Tours is always happy to assist you if you
require special accommodation needs when you make your
reservation. Please be aware we will make every effort, but
understand that we cannot guarantee every request.
A: Yes, we welcome everyone to join our group
tours. If
you
prefer a single room while on the tour, All Asia Tours can
easily arrange a single room with the single supplement.
If you are looking for a roommate to avoid the single
supplement, we may be able to arrange the room if there
is another single traveler looking for a roommate on the
same tour you are going to join.
A: Yes, you can. Vegetarian or vegan meals can be
arranged
for most of our tours with advance notice. Some
destinations make some dietary needs harder to arrange.
All Asia Tours will do our best to accommodate your
requests. Please request your dietary needs in the
Remarks section on the online reservation form or speak
with an AAT representative.
A: Depending which tour you want to plan, our
group tours
may
involve a variety of transportation methods, including
buses,
trains, or boats. On some tours, you even ride on an ox-
cart!! The prices for all transportation within the
destination
country are included in our tours.
A: While travel insurance isn't included in your tour
invoice,
All Asia Tours strongly recommends that you obtain travel
insurance for medical and personal accident risks
(including the cost of emergency repatriation) during your
journey. We advise that you choose a policy appropriate to
your personal needs. All Asia Tours recommends Travel
Guard. You may also purchase a policy from another
provider of your choice. Please click here for

A: Yes, you need your passport to all our
destinations and the
passport should be valid at least for 6 months
after your returning date. If your
passport expires within 6 months from your returning date
or has already expired, you must renew your passport
immediately. Otherwise you will not be allowed entry into
the countries. All Asia Tours partners with CIBT to assist
you with expedited passport applications, including first-
time passport holders and renewals.

A: U.S. passport holders are required to obtain a visa for
Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. Sometimes you
may need multiple
countries’ visa or multiple entry visas to your destinations,
so please plan well ahead of your trip. All Asia Tours
partners with CIBT to assist you in obtaining the proper

efficient visa processing.
A: You do not need any immunization to enter to
our
destinations. Some of our destinations require visitors to
have proof of vaccination against certain diseases. For
example, in Vietnam no vaccinations are required unless
you are travelling from a country with high rates of yellow
fever. But we strongly suggest that you discuss your
conditions with your doctor at least 6 weeks before your
departure. For general medical precautions and travelers’
health information, please visit the Center for Disease
Control and Prevention’s website.
A: WiFi Internet access is available at most of the
hotels and
resorts in our tours, although a strong connection is not
guaranteed.
A: The climate in Southeast Asia is usually humid
and warm.
It is always very important for you to bring lightweight
clothing, so it may be layered. At many religious
monuments in Southeast Asia, appropriate attire that fully
covers your shoulders, arms, and legs is required, so make
sure that you pack long sleeve shirts and long pants or
long skirts for your visit. For your comfort, it is essential to
bring walking shoes that have been relaxed and broken-in.
If there is a cruise or other boat excursion on your
itinerary, we would recommend you to bring a windbreaker
or warm jacket, as it will be cold on the rivers and bays.
You may want to dress up to dine in the evening, but
formal wear is not required.
If you are travelling with a prescription medication, bring
sufficient amount to last through your trip with a copy of
the prescription and pack in your carry-on in the event that
you need immediate access or your luggage is delayed.
