How to Make a Reservation
Tour Availability and Travel Consultation

Please simply fill out our Online Reservation Form, or contact us by email, fax, or phone call to confirm availability for your tour. If you are making a reservation for your private journey or custom tour, please let us know your preferences regarding destinations, travel dates, hotels, and any additional information that will help us to design your dream trip.

Reserving your Trip

After you’ve confirmed the tour availability, or found your perfect private itinerary with us, please fill out our Online Reservation Form. For smooth processing, reservations must be made by completing this form. A PDF version of the Reservation Form is also available for download; you can input the information and email it to us, or print and send it by fax (1-909-359-1736). Please be sure you have read and understood our the Terms & Conditions prior to making your reservation.

Make Your Initial Deposit

A deposit of $500 (USD) per person must be remitted before the reservation can be processed. Deposit payments apply to land travel only; arrival and departure airfares will need to be purchased separately. Payments can be made in US Dollars using our secured Online Credit Card Authorization Form A PDF version of the Credit Card Authorization Form is also available for you to email or send by fax (1- 909-359-1736).
Please use one of the following accepted forms of payment:

1. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
2. PayPal (If you make a payment through PayPal, please send to info@alljapantours.com)
3. Cashier's check or Personal check
4. Wire transfer (In case of wire transfer, contact us for bank information)

Booking Confirmation

Once you complete your reservation, you’ll receive a booking confirmation, deposit receipt, and an invoice with your remaining balance.

Final Payment

The balance payment is due two full months prior to departure. For your convenience, we will send you a reminder email when your remaining balance payment is due. After we receive your final payment, we will send you a confirmation notice for your tour, including your confirmed itinerary and travel schedules, in PDF format, by email.
