Myanmar's Nature & Wildlife
All Asia Tours is pleased to take you on an unforgettable
adventure into the very best of Myanmar’s flora and fauna.
Myanmar’s many regions offer stunning landscapes and
diverse animal life. This golden country is perfect for
venturing outdoors while taking in vistas of rugged
mountain ranges and clusters of emerald-green foliage.
Travelers who are passionate about wildlife should bring
their binoculars and cameras; the country’s many
ecosystems are perfect for spotting unique creatures.
In Myanmar, you’ll find a wide range of plant life from tropical rainforests and towering teak trees to and pristine beaches in Ngapali. In contrast, Bagan -- a city celebrated for its thousands of temples -- is set in vast, windswept plains. Set sail across the Irrawaddy to see Myanmar’s largest river up close and glimpse panoramas of gently rolling hills dotted with ancient pagodas and trees.
In Myanmar’s highlands, you’ll find Asiatic elephants and rare white elephants, as well as buffalo and wild boars. Wild tigers are also quite common in Myanmar, and there are plenty of reptile species such as crocodiles and the legendary Burmese python. If you venture to the Irrawaddy River, you may be lucky enough to glimpse the endangered Irrawaddy dolphin as it splashes up from the waters. While it is possible to spot some of Myanmar’s fascinating species in the wild, the country is also home to a number of animal sanctuaries and parks.

"Fantastic experience, very well organized in every detail. Vietman is not rich of historical sites, but a country that entertain the visitor with all aspects of their culture. More than a tour it has been a holiday. I enjoyed a lot entertainment as painting mask and cooking lessons."
